Roller Grill RBE 120 Q Electric Rotisserie

The Roller Grill RBE 120 Q electric rotisserie can roast up to 12 chickens (or 6 free-range chickens) using its 3 independent spits. Its compact design makes it ideal for small rotisseries, traditional restaurants, or retail spaces with limited room.

Powerful and Even Cooking

• Equipped with 6 infrared quartz tubes Ø15 mm (ref. D04037).

• Individual control via a 4-position selector:

  • Off

  • Rotisserie only

  • Upper quartz + rotisserie

  • Upper and lower quartz + rotisserie

• Infrared radiation at 1050°C ensures fast, even, and thorough cooking of poultry, game, roasts, and various meat cuts.

Independent and Quiet Spits

Each spit is powered by an independent ventilated motor, providing smooth and quiet rotation.

Juice Collection and Ease of Use

• Removable drip tray, dishwasher safe.

• Collects cooking juices and keeps side dishes (such as potatoes or vegetables) warm and flavorful.

Easy Cleaning

• Spits and drip tray remove in one motion using the two supplied spit-removal hooks.
