Professional Napoli pizza oven – Premium traditional performance
The Napoli series by Alfa Forni represents the perfect union between Neapolitan traditional baking and technological innovation. Built entirely from refractory bricks and handmade, these ovens guarantee exceptional productivity and artisan finish.
Designed for pizzerias that favor static baking typical of older establishments, these models are available in multiple sizes and with three fuel modes: wood, gas or hybrid.
Delivered ready to use, the Napoli ovens require no on‑site construction: simply place them on a sturdy surface or install them on the Alfa reinforced iron support base provided.
The dome and cooking floor are handcrafted at the factory in Anagni (near Rome) using top‑quality refractory clay produced directly by Alfa. This massive material absorbs large amounts of heat and then releases it slowly, ensuring consistent baking and optimized efficiency.
The ingenious design combines a wide base – facilitating the peel use and excellent visibility of the baking chamber – with a narrowing vault towards the top to minimise heat losses.
