Winterhalter AT Excellence-S Reverse Osmosis System

The Winterhalter AT Excellence-S is an advanced water treatment device that uses reverse osmosis to ensure optimal water quality for professional dishwashers. The process begins with an activated carbon filter that removes chlorine and sediments, followed by high-pressure compression through multiple membranes to remove most of the unwanted components from the water.

AquaOpt Function

The AquaOpt function guarantees that the washing water consistently meets the predefined quality standards. If the water does not meet the required quality, it is automatically flushed out. The water quantity and washing time depend on the selected quality level and the device's downtime. During the washing process, the screen lights up blue, and a specific pictogram appears to indicate that the water is being treated.

Production of Osmosed Water

When the connected dishwasher requests water, the system enters AquaOpt mode first. Osmosed water production begins, and during this phase, the screen lights up in blue. After approximately 30 seconds of production, the water quality is briefly displayed on the screen, allowing real-time monitoring of the water used.
