Warranty Conditions and Return and Repair Policy
- Product Warranty
All our products are covered by a warranty whose duration varies according to the type of product, as specified on the product sheet and the purchase invoice, starting from the date of acquisition. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
1.1. Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of the products.
- Damage resulting from incorrect use, inadequate installation, or improper maintenance.
- Accidental or intentional damage, including that caused by water or electricity.
- Any unauthorized modification or repair of the product.
- Certain products require installation by a qualified professional and require specific training to ensure proper functioning. Regular maintenance, as recommended by the manufacturer, is also essential. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the exclusion of any warranty. When requesting a warranty, you must provide documents verifying compliance with these elements.
- Damage occurring during transport is not covered by the warranty. We recommend obtaining transport insurance to protect against such damage.
Procedure to Follow
If damage is found upon receipt of your order:
- Immediately inform the carrier and file a claim according to your insurance policy.
- Keep all documents (photos, annotated delivery slips) to facilitate the processing of your claim with the insurer.
1.2. Right to Repair or Replace
During the warranty period, we commit to repairing or replacing the defective product according to the terms and conditions of this warranty. The decision to repair or replace remains at our discretion.
- Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 1 week of receiving the order, provided the products are undamaged and in their original packaging.
2.1. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at contact@brokers.services to obtain a return authorization.
- Products must be returned to the address indicated within one week of authorization.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a product defect covered by the warranty.
2.2. Refund
After inspecting the returned products, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within one week.

Out-of-Warranty Repair Policy
Outside the warranty period, repairs may be offered for a fee. A quote will be provided before any repair and must be approved by the customer. -
