Churros Fryer
Fryers designed for churros everywhere in the world
The fryer is a true universal ally for all artisans and professionals of sweet treats. Designed for intensive outdoor use, ideal to cook all shapes, sizes and variants of churros, regardless of their origins or local names.
In France it will of course be used for traditional churros, ubiquitous at funfairs, but also for “chichis” on southern beaches or for the famous “chichi frégi” from Provence, thicker and twisted. It is equally suited for “beignets espagnols”, a commercial name sometimes given to these sweets.
In Spain this fryer can perfectly produce churros finos (thin and crispy), porras (thicker and fluffier), and churros de rueda (spiral‑shaped). Its 49 kW power allows rapid heating, essential for the perfect texture: crispy outside and melting inside.
In Portugal and Brazil it will be ideal for churros recheados, those popular filled churros with chocolate or cream.
In Latin America, particularly Mexico and Argentina, the FG70 allows frying both classic churros and churros rellenos (filled with dulce de leche or chocolate), churritos (mini or affectionate version), or even churros XL for lovers of generous portions.
In English‑speaking countries such as the United States, where churros, mini churros and Spanish doughnuts are highly appreciated in frozen or takeaway forms, the FG70 ensures uniform and rapid cooking, even in large quantities.
In Italy, whether you speak of churros or “frittelle spagnole”, the fryer adapts to the formats offered at fairs or markets. The same in Germany, where Churros or Spanische Krapfen find their place at Christmas markets.
In other European countries such as the Netherlands (Spaanse donuts), Poland (Hiszpańskie pączki), Romania (Gogoși spaniole) or even in Turkey (İspanyol tatlısı), the fryer FG70 allows local vendors to offer an authentic and perfectly fried version of this universal product.
Even in Asia, it is capable of satisfying fans of 吉拿棒 (jǐ ná bàng) in China or チュロス (churrosu) in Japan, including in loop versions (churros loops) or spiral (churros de rueda).
A global equipment for a universal treat
Whatever the name — churros, chichis, chichi frégi, porras, churritos, mini churros, churros recheados or Spanish doughnuts —, the fryer FG70 is the ideal tool to guarantee:
– rapid and uniform cooking,
– controlled texture (crispy or fluffy depending on the recipe),
– versatility of shapes (straight, twisted, spiral, filled),
– adaptation to all cultures and markets.
