The UC-M series can be adapted for four basic versions depending on usage: glass washer, dishwasher, bistro, and cutlery washer.
The unit operates with a single color-coded button, which includes a status indicator and shows cycle progress on the display.

The Winterhalter smart touch-display offers three washing programs (only one for the cutlery washer), with intuitive, multilingual symbols, ensuring simple, error-free operation and customizable cycle programming.
Many special programs are available: intensive, energy-saving, low-noise, or short.
