2. Operating Instructions

Fill the tank with the prepared sausage meat (max. 13 L).

Close the lid and press the hydraulic foot pedal to lower the piston smoothly.

Adjust the flow using the regulating valve to obtain precise and even stuffing of the casings.

After use, drain and clean:

easy disassembly of the cylinder, piston and accessories

rinse and sanitise according to your laboratory’s cleaning procedures
